The Magistrate Court Mediation Program provides remote mediation services for civil cases filed in the Magistrate Courts.

Mediation provides a chance for the people involved in the case to meet and discuss the issues and see if they can reach agreement about how to resolve the case. The program uses highly trained volunteer mediators from around New Mexico.
